This hotel offers a peaceful retreat yet remains close to local shops and the SM Mall. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring a pleasant stay while the refreshing pool became a favorite spot to unwind after exploring the area.

The room was basic and lacked windows, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic at times. Although the air conditioning worked well, it was surprisingly loud, disrupting our restful sleep on occasion.

my stay was nowhere near the five-star experience I paid for. the room had a terrible smell, and when I asked about breakfast, I was shocked—it’s just for one! I also expected a complimentary upgrade since my stay wasn’t pleasant. not my fault they don’t offer decent customer service. I almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t.

The indoor pool was a great spot for my kids to splash around, while we enjoyed the breakfast at Perks and Brew. The location felt safe and was just a short ride to local attractions, making our family getaway enjoyable.

Staying here was a treat, as it allowed me to easily stroll to nearby Stotsenberg Park, just about 500 meters away, and also enjoy the vibrant dining options at Azor Restaurant and Bakery, which was only a few steps from the hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more pleasant.
